I find myself playing GW2 less and less now
Make of that what you will.
If you don’t care about other people’s opinions why open a thread in the first place?
I don’t mean to be offensive. I just don’t understand the logic behind it.
The original intent was to give feedback to the folks who make the game. But, the title of the thread got it deleted. So I reposted with a different title.

From the sound of it you’ve been able to sink many many hours into playing this game. You’ve surely gotten your $60’s worth out of it.
There are plenty of other quality titles that have released after GW2 and more on the way in Q1/Q2 ‘13 – if you don’t like this game anymore go play something else?
Granted it is very very rare for me to play through more than one toon – most games are just not interesting enough for multiple runs and there are simply WAY to many cool titles that I’d rather experience.
To each their own.
I cut my gaming teeth on Adventure&ZorkI,II,III.

He wanted to air out his grievances about the game because he was disappointed by the game. In some ways, it brings him some kind of mental closure. Nothing wrong with that.
The point of this post is to give feedback on why one person has stopped playing the game, and is no longer buying Gems. Or adding participation to DEs.
I am indeed playing other games now. One that I subscribe to, and one that is a full F2P game.
Isn’t this pretty much the point with Guild Wars 2? To play and then quit and play something else and then play again when you feel for it?
Make of that what you will.
