And I didn’t realize that this game had a /stuck, since it could theoretically be used to inch you past barriers. I’ve tried it once or twice and nothing happened.

Nothing happens for us, but it sends a message to QA (with exact co-ordinates) , so they can fix the terrain problem.
Something like that happened to me a while ago, I logged out below the vista in Lion’s Court and when I logged back in I was inside the box instead of on top of it.
The weird thing is trying to break out by running, jumping and dodging caused me to fall through the map. I ended up swimming around underneath Lion’s Arch.
