one for Agony Infusion (goes in an agony infusion slot) and one for Magical Infusion which goes in an unused utility infusion slot. I have YET to find any item where these upgrades can be used. I paid a fairly heavy price for them, especially the magic infusion (+20% to Magic Find) which goes in an unused utility infusion slot. Since I have this “investment” I am keen on finding a way to use them.

As I recall they cost a significant amount of Laurels. I was feeling flush at the time and thought they would easily fit into one of my many open upgrade slots but to date, I have yet to find where these upgrades go.

Right now my working theory is that they are for some future upgrade slots that have yet to be created but I have been wrong so many times before that I just don’t know. If anyone can please clue me in I would be most appreciative. Half my kingdom for an answer !

You use infusions on ascended items. The magic find infusion is used on an ascended amulet with a utility infusion slot.

Only Ascended items get Infusion slots. The Magic Find Infusion in particular goes into a Utility Infusion Slot, which only Ascended Amulets have.

You can buy an Ascended Amulet at a Laurel Vendor for 30 Laurels, or 20 Laurels and 250 Badges of Honour in World vs. World. Make sure the one you buy has a Utility slot, there’ll be three versions of each amulet, one with each type of slot, but the Magic Find only fits in the Utility slot. As for the Agony Resistance infusion, it fits into any slot, so whenever you get another Ascended item (whether via crafting, Laurels, Guild Missions or Fractal runs) you can plug it into there.
