I have a problem with refinement

I am above a 75 in jeweler and I have plenty of silver ore, but the option to refine the ore into silver ingots isn’t showing up…

That is odd. Have you tried leaving and returning? Closing the client, and starting back up? If you continue to have issues, I can only suggest you submit a bug report, and post in the bug forum and/or the crafting forum. Good luck. =)

When something gets bugged for me, 9 times out of 10 simply logging out, closing the client and restarting will reset the game state and clear the bug.
