I guess i should have done research before buying. Already 2 hours invested into story and still can’t play HoT. Also very flustered that can’t use reaper in pvp?? So i have to do more story to unlock?? wow. And my rev i just made, i need to unlock all skills by quests. This a huge undertaking for my 14 toons. Also skins i buy are no longer account wide?? wow that’s just wrong.

You don’t have to do story to do HOT.

1. Go to your hero panel
2. Click story journal
3. Click Heart of thorns and start the HOT story.
4. Go to Silverwastes and do the first story quest which will get you into Maguuma Jungle, the new HOT area. The quest only takes about 10 minutes.
5. Have fun

thank you for the pointer ill try that (must have it by now) l also found the trainer in pvp zone that fixes specializations. very nice. but still the SKINS!! lol

Skins are still account bound, yo.

yup still can’t play new content, seeing a lot of people having the same problems. WHY??

If that’s the case, that sounds like a bug. Your account wardrobe, finishers, mail carriers, outfits, etc., etc., should all still be account-based. You might want to contact support about it.

Skins unlock for your account wardrobe. Read up on how to change the appearance of your items.

Finishers are account bound too and can get changed via the finisher menu in your hero panel.

Everything else is either a bug, or you were faster to blame than actually look for a solution. Same as with your “story” problem.
