They already said they realize there is a problem and they are working on it.
On a different note if the bug lasts too long I’m sure they would extend the deadline or else it wouldn’t be profitable.
Apparently a mail has been send to everyone experiencing issues buying the game (about an hour ago). They also tweeted about it.
Bring back: ‘Gamer’ title + MAT’s!

I didn’t even get the mass reply, one/two quick tweets after many hours just lets us know that they know too, it doesn’t provide any info to us regarding the problem.
Basically all i’ve got from Anet is a “thank you for purchasing” email…and the ticket automatic email.
Not all have stupid twitter, why do we have “Official forums” if they rather jump on twitter to share the news, what on earth man.
