It’s a shame, that we got 75% Sale on guild wars 2 game, and so many problems purchasing it… If at last, arena net would get in touch with us, and tell us what’s going on.. not even a word.. Please arena net interact with us, this is very unprofessional!

And when you finally get account, you wait 10+ hours to get your serial number…

- Over 1000 people from all over Europe has been left clueless what’s going on..
- payments of web page show 4 options, 2 of them are not even supported (confirmed by support team) and web page doesn’t even say that paysafecard and banking doesnt work.
- no solutions what so ever when support team answers
- if you guys know you’ll have major sale, at least get one guy to tell us what’s going on and inform your people..

If you don’t want our money, that’s fine, but we at least deserve a word or two.. idk why that’s so hard..

Wish I could get back to GW1.. PvP-GvG. It feels like we are outcasted, not desired or rewarded..

On a different note if the bug lasts too long I’m sure they would extend the deadline or else it wouldn’t be profitable.

Apparently a mail has been send to everyone experiencing issues buying the game (about an hour ago). They also tweeted about it.

Apparently a mail has been send to everyone experiencing issues buying the game (about an hour ago). They also tweeted about it.

I didn’t even get the mass reply, one/two quick tweets after many hours just lets us know that they know too, it doesn’t provide any info to us regarding the problem.

Basically all i’ve got from Anet is a “thank you for purchasing” email…and the ticket automatic email.

I just wish to leave this here..

Not all have stupid twitter, why do we have “Official forums” if they rather jump on twitter to share the news, what on earth man.
