When’s the new expansion coming out?

Ok ok, I know a lot of people are complaining about this xpack, and its has like 1 thumb up, and half a star rating on most sites selling it, but all the same, its not ALL bad.

you only have to grind out the masteries ONCE. If it was a blizzard game you’d have to do it twice….for each toon! (lol)

Really though, Which zones would you like to see in the next iteration of Guild Wars?

Ocean + deep sea dragon, with those mysterious winged underwater warrior race as playable race.

Since Dragon’s stand almost touches the Ring of Fire, that’s all the hint I need to get hype for “Guild Wars 2: The Flameseeker Prophecies”.

edit: I realize the prophecy of the Flameseeker has already happened, consider it a throwback!

Living Story is pretty much guaranteed for the next year, the success of this expansion will justify whether they make another expansion (probably). I’d say 2-3 years with a big “if”.

Return of The Underworld would be sick as hell…

Too soon lol.

For me I would assume the reason for the excess amount of negativity in regards to the expansion, is due to the fact that the people that are enjoying the game are not posting on the forum. I was not even aware of all this negativity until I came to work and looked over the forums on my (cough) break. Through out the majority of time from Friday till Sunday night I was in game and only alt tabbed into some guides regarding capturing guild halls, or help in completing hero point ( note: do not summon all your minions as a necro in a fight with the Vampire Beast Broodmother ).

So far I am really enjoying the expansion and the only complaint I have is my personally incompetence of not remembering that I can not use gliders in the rest of Tyria ( my poor,poor, face planting Necro >_> )

^ this… I also noticed the negativity at work, I’ve been playing the kitten out of the expansion all weekend and thoroughly enjoying it! Finished leveling poison mastery before it was removed as a requirement, not even mad.

I’ve seen some people who are actually mad that they finished poison mastery before it was removed. No clue why they are mad though. It’s a useful thing to have.

Back to the topic. I have a feeling it will be the Deep Sea one, maybe. I hope at least. Don’t forget about the Hydra image we got on the official site.
