If they were sitting in your inventory, and you double clicked them, they went into your wallet. Like other currencies, they reside there now, so they don’t take up inventory space (hooray for that change!)

Did you use the item?

Did you not use them and have them left on another character?

If the first 2 are yes open a ticket.

Yeah, I remember. They come in a mail, like normal. When I accepted mine from the mail, they went into my inventory. (I remember, cause I was afraid to double click them at the time). Double clicking them then credited them to my wallet.
