I deleted my characters that are named of my ex girlfriends.
And now I started an elemental; however, I feel like there are better classes to play.

I heard about the new expansion, do we start at level 1 as a revenant class?
Also, how do I claim my birthday rewards for my characters two years ago?

Better how? Try different classes if you don’t like the one you’re playing.

I believe it’s been confirmed that yes you will start as level 1 as a Revenant.

If you deleted the characters that had the gifts before you claimed them then you can’t.

Birthday rewards are for the character, not the account. So you can’t claim birthday rewards for characters that don’t exist any more.
