Was thinking about snagging that little jingle that plays when your SPvP match is ready. Is this possible or even is this ok? If so where can I go about doing that?

Maybe you can ask the ANet sound guys if they can put it on their soundcloud or even just send you a copy. They seem happy to share all their excellent work.
