My Charrs haven’t a lot or any choice possible for armor when I want them in sexy mode.
It’s a shame, really.

Their fur is so beautiful, why did we have to hide it?

In GW1, a lot of Charrs nearly didn’t wear anything, and now, they are all covered.

There is so many medium/light armor models possible for the charrs, why did all the races of tyria have to dress with clothes based on human model? why can’t it be the other way around? human dressing with clothes inspired by the asura (lots of magic protections) sylvari (100% bamboo ^^) Charrs (Show them your muscle)

I agree in wanting more armors that show off charr fur patterns. That said, I think “sexy” is the wrong term to use in describing what you want. It brings to mind images of charr with breasts and thongs XD
But yes, it is a shame that, when fur patterns and colors are so numerous, there aren’t many armor options to showcase pelt designs.

But anyway, regarding the topic, I certainly wouldn’t mind having armor sets better tailored to fit charr models without being warped and cluttered with massive clipping issues. If having “sexy” charr armor fits within the greater scheme of it, then sure, I’m all for it.

Even when we do the Ascalon fractal, half of the party is next to naked.

And while I’ll agree with the OP, what they need to do is work on the foot wear.

The Char race does not need armor, just go O natural.

For Light, you can check Cultural Tier 3 and Vigil; the latter is much cheaper, and both are sleeveless.

Medium is a problem; I’ve settled on the Drover Coat (Cultural Tier 1), if only for the fact that it does not have the (obvious) look of a trenchcoat. Its also sleeveless, and does have some exposure at the back and front.

I’ve considered that in the past, but I like to challenge myself to ‘dress’ with release (non-Gem) items only.

I truly feel for the OP; For me, the look of a new Charr character begins at character creation, and the selections there. All four (soon five) of them have fully unique looks and caused some rather creative challenges for me – so far overcome to one extent or another.

A good example of this is my Necromancer, Crimson Leapur. The name is based on the Crimson Cult from the Thaumcraft mod, and with that concept alone I began to craft the look from start. I was lucky in some respects – you actually can make a ‘grizzled vet’ look, to the point that it ended up through the other side into ‘curb-stomped by a bear.’ ;-) With the character now at L80 (and the last one to complete the original Story), I found inspiration in Whispers gear for finding a top that would work. I have the pants staked out to complete the set, but still need about 10 tokens in CM…
