Met this person when people were trying to figure out respawn mechanics and what would happen if you had no copper for the waypoint. At one point in time I said I was getting hungry and they proceeded to flaunt their in game food. It’s not real food but it made me think of food and get hungrier. Thus a friendship was born. They would flaunt their high level cooking in game and I would get hungry out of game. Yesterday I decided to throw random ingredients at them and screamed “Iron Chef Challenge!” This was their reply. I wish I took screenshots of my responses but they paled in comparison to these.

The fact that you threw random ingredients at them and they STILL managed to make actual dishes from them really gives points to ANet for the amount of stuff they thought to make.

I also think the Omnomberry is the most deliciously-named berry in all of Tyria.

I lost it at the Omnomberry. It’s an exotic ingredient you know! I need to find high level stuff to throw at them for round 2.

This game does have a fantastic community, I’ve noticed.

I too love the community here (no major MMO experience save for Atlantica Online hah!) .. esp with folks sharing waypoints where more people are needed for events or generally helping out and what not. Keep it up fellow GW2’ers!

Sometimes you just run into genuinely funny and creative people out there in digital worlds. Its the number 1 reason to play mmo’s
