DungeonDaughter is right – it was ALWAYS 30 jump puzzles discovered. 10 was just the first tier. 20 was the second, and 30 was the third and final tier.
And for the record, they said quite some time ago that January monthlies would not give out Laurels. Monthly laurel rewards start with the February monthlies.
you have to find 30 jump puzzles. it’s been that way since the beginning. it’s a 3 tier progress bar. better get to it.

Old monthly achievement works on a Tiered system like it always has. Complete 10, 20, then 30 jumping puzzles. Nothing has changed. Going forward dailies are now a one Tier level but the amount of effort is still the same, it just doesn’t bother with the 3 tiers anymore and just shows the final value needed.
1) the monthly requirements is at 30
2) it was told 100 000 000x that January monthly won’t get you laurels so the devs told us to do the monthly ASAP
3) there is a fast way to get the jump puzzle requirement. Just google it.
So I just logged on to find that the monthly requirements have been upped to 20 jump quests, and I was sitting at 9/10 before the change. Then you go and tell us there’s no laurels for the January achievement but we still have to meet the upped requirements? What type of a scam is this? Why would you update our monthly requirements if we don’t get the new rewards? WHY WOULD YOU CHOOSE TO DO IT AT THE END OF THE MONTH INSTEAD OF THE NEW MONTH, ANet?!
