In Crown’s Pavilion until ANET nerfed it. God forbid we actually get some reward from killing champions and legendary mobs. I was excited, it was fun play, and still is but mostly what was fun was the opportunity for loot and neat new items and gold, but ANET once again saw that people found a way to make some coin, and promptly and quickly nerfed it. Now I’m just doing it because I want to “finish” the achievement and get it out of the way.

Oh well.

By the way, when is ANET going to address condition damage, being as that pretty much everyone in sPvP/tPvP plays OP’d condition damage classes. Immunity timer maybe? Hello?

I missed it. How did they nerf it?

At first every Champion and Boss dropped one of those new loot bags when you killed them inside the pavillion. After a couple of hours A-net removed the drops from all those champions inside the pavillon.

I was getting 4-5 gold in 1 hour (some of my guildmates had more luck with drops but thats just me as usual) which was decent for me because I never get over 1 gold an hour no matter how hard i try (and dont tell me to farm cof. I simply get no drops anywhere that are worth anything)

And now its back to no drops at all in there. First I tought I might do that stuff every day for an hour or two. Now I will never go there again since I have the archievments already.

They brought it in line with the rest of the game rewards. Sure you can’t earn 10-15g/hr now, but you can still pull in a decent 5g/hr. Plus it is still a ton of fun.

Vayne: They first removed the champ bags from the centaurs and then they removed the champ centaurs completely. They also seemed to tone down the normal drops, though that is speculation as it isn’t in the hot-fix notes, though personally I went from a steady 100 bags/hr for the first 3 hours down to 50 bags/hr for the next 3.

The loot was amazing. So good my eyes started hurting from the non stop seizure inducing particle effects. Patch note haven’t listed any changes on champ bags in the pavilion though that I’ve heard of.

I don’t count so I don’t know. It seems possible they did it certainly. I just don’t look at that stuff and then at the end of the day I go, wow, look at all this loot.

it’s still fun to do i imagine. although, i’m going to go out in open world and hunt down champs instead now and focus on Queen’s Gauntlet. : ))

though it was entertaining to watch 50 drop all in one hit – namely against the Centaur legendary! lol.

I went after it was said to have been nerfed.. I got a new loot bag off of every champion I killed in there for the events. Maybe dr? Or maybe there were more champions in there?

I just tried it and got loot bags off every champion I killed. I don’t know, however, if champions have been removed.

They severely decreased the amount of champ mobs that spawn. When I went back was in there for about 8 Legendary kills, saw not one champ mob the entire time. Vet mobs and below all dropped crap loot.

Not to mention the chests that vanish before you can loot them.

You can’t get easy gold now?
