I always wanted to finish a black lion weapons collection… but I didn’t want to finish one that bad haha.

What the hell happened?

Anet announced they’ll be removing that set from the black lion weapon specialist. Weapon sets aren’t forever. These will no longer be available.

They didn’t say they will be gone for good. Just that they are going to be removed.
But they will be gone for a while. If they return it will not be before wintersday 2015.

So people decided to cancel orders and stock them. This allready drove up the price. I think over time it will go even higher up. Untill they return offcourse.

I just want zodiac to come back. I can’t believe chaos and tormented came back, but not zodiac.

I thought the Wintersday weapons would be higher than that by now, tbh. 160 gold isn’t really thaaaat much.

If you think that’s shocking, just look at the prices of any fused weapon skin.

I noticed someone must have bought a ton of wintersday skins yesterday because I saw about 3 different wintersday skins on sale for precisely 999g and all of them only had 1 left in stock (but since then others have come in and undercut whoever it is lol). Seems like someone had a few thousand gold to invest in them >_< if only we were all that rich to be able to do that…

I think at some point something will have to be done about the absurd price on most skins. I remember when the island shoulder skins from the consortium update for example, were 1-2g each. Same with the tribal mask and such. Now it seems ALL skins are either a minimum of 17g+ each, or a few copper each (bell focus, candycane hammer skin etc.)

I bought last night the Fused SB skin 1.5k gold. Maybe I’m just impatient as heck but I really just wanna finish the fused collection already and I think it’s sad as heck they, along with Aetherized + Dreamthistle, haven’t made a return in.. What seems like forever.

Meanwhile they bring back Chaos and some other already cheap sets.. Ehh.

fingers crossed I hope they re-release the older sets as I want to finish off those collections.
