Talk/whisper to the enemy in world vs world. Don’t get me wrong I understand why you can’t. More often than not, It would end up in a shouting match and probably worse….well most of the time.

Yet I have experienced times that it might actually be friendly.

The obvious one is during a jumping puzzle.

There are other times. I was doing the daily Master of the Ruins. We got there about the same time. We both hesitated. My so called enemy just stood there.

I went first.

He/She let me. After I was done they did it.

After that we both waved and went on our merry way.

Now I know this is not how its suppose to work…we are are enemies

Yet it made my day. Criticize me if you want, I enjoyed it.

You can lol, block them right click and whisper then unblock them before sending a whisper. just don’t use it to be toxic like I did when I discovered this and flamed people who made my wvw dailies hell

I’ve had that too. One time I saw an enemy sitting by a river. Somehow they didn’t notice me as I snuck up and sat next to them. Eventually they saw me, we stood up, I started dancing, they started dancing……

Being able to do more than kill an enemy in WvW makes the experience more interesting and nuanced.

I remember joining 2 enemy servers who formed a mini Zerg with tonics on as we roamed ebg as goats/dolyaks/quaggans/mooses and so on until some scumbag sos players killed us… Or maybe that was their plan

You can invite them to your party just use the UI triangle while you have site. This is of course if they are not in a party to begin with.

Otherwise you have several options attempt to invite and way-point their name will show up.

Block them and find their name to whisper them ect. Just don’t be doing any harassment stuff with this or you’ll potentially pay for it.

Usually jumping with balloons or other non dangerous bundles or even in some tonics means chances are that player is friendly, though not always.
