me and my friend wanted to have sunrise and twillight. i crafted yesterday my twillight (already got sunrise unbound).
I decided to send the 2 leggy swords to my friend, he bound them, created eternity and sent it to me. so he got 2 legendary Skins for free

So if I was to buy the Eternity on the TP and soulbind it would I automatically also get the Twilight and Sunrise skins?

No. When making eternity you need to throw sunrise and twilight in the forge, forge makes it unlocked because you used both skins to create a new one.

in theory yes… heres patch note quote…

“Items that have gone through skin progression, like legendary weapons or Spinal Blade back items, will unlock all the skins in their direct progression line (e.g., if players have Twilight, they will get access to both Twilight and Dusk across their account.)”

No, but you can get Sunrise and Twilight, unlock both skins, make Eternity, trade Eternity rather than unlock the skin.
End result: you have two legendary skins unlocked despite selling/trading the final product.
Personally, I’d prefer to get all three skins myself…

unlocking eternity unlocks all the preceding skins.
Including twilight,sunrise,dusk,dawn etc.

edit: Throwing a weapon in the forge unlocks the skin.
So forging eternity will by rules of the mf, unlock twilight & sunrise for you.
