Anyone happens to catch a screenshot of their character bugging out in a funny way? Post here!

I was pvping one day, and for some reason i glitched out, and was stuck in the same pose for the entire match. I could cast spells and do everything, but i looked like this the entire time… we all had a good laugh that day

I had this happen yesterday on a mesmer- the stuck in a pose glitch- but instead of that, her arms were outstretched like she was running around, pretending to be an airplane.

I love it when characters bug during casting a spell. My favorite is when my necro ends up all hunched over after doing one of her axe attacks. Sadly, I have no screen shots of it.

No screenshots, but I have occasionally fallen down at the bottom of a cliff, and started moving before my character stood up. They got frozen in the spread-eagle “splat” position and sort of “glide” over the ground, popping up (but retaining the spread eagle) when I jump. It can be hard to get out of “frozen” poses sometimes, often requiring a zone change. Using skills and taking damage don’t always fix the glitch.

I don’t know how “hilarious” it is, but I put in a bug report for my character not closing her mouth after speaking ever since the latest update.

I never could get a screenshot but there were a few times when doing a somersault off of one of the dive spots my character got caught spinning. I could “run” around out of the water, spinning. I had now idea if others saw me this way or not but it most certainly was wacky.

What I find funniest about picture #1 that is entitled “Hairless” is that the first character does, indeed, have hair missing. However, if you look down at the character in slot 5 you will see nothing but a pair of eyeballs floating from the neck up! Got a nice surprise there when looking further down the image.

Yep, that was one of the creepiest character select panels ever. 3rd character’s missing her mohawk, the norn’s lost his flowing braids, everyone’s been docked a bit except the Asura. I think she was below the level of the scythe that tried to decapitate everyone.

Well my favorite time that’s happened was with my Guardian cuz it looked like he was about to shove his staff up his butt. :x

If you’ve ever had a poor, laggy connection when entering a new zone, you’ve experienced invisible terrain. Characters standing around in midair until the ground textures load properly. But here’s a lag-induced glitch that I’ve only experienced once; some sort of placeholder graphic for the SKY itself! It makes you feel as if you’re in Star Trek TNG’s holodeck.

The animation freeze is the best.

I’ve had this happen also. Very frustrating getting rid of it.

Also my sister’s ranger will get stuck with the GS 3 animation of the translucent flying bird. She doesn’t see it but she stays that way on my screen for quite a while.

I’ve had so many hilarious glitches happen, but these are the two I found captured on camera.

I present Drowning On Land, and Forgal the Fabulous. Just look at him rocking out with that fake mic. Let him dream, guys, let him dream.

I’d have to see if i can find it, but my warrior died in COE and when he was ressed he was stuck in this pretzel like pose. I could even make him dance and his arms were twisted up. Looked mighty uncomfortable.

I’ve seen Deer trying to walk up trees.

I’ve never seen that on environmental textures. That’s pretty interesting to see. However, I do see that checkerboard appearance quite often on many weapons held by other players, though most commonly on a shield. It is also not a brief lack of texture while the true one loads up after some seconds. For me it requires a re-log or map change for that particular item to get its true texture back.

I call it the sleepy matrix bug. I discovered another player doing this once and couldn’t resist trying for myself.

I don’t have a picture of it but I used to place my char right on the edge of a drop off in Guild Wars 1 before I would go afk, then put it on dance. There wasn’t any way to fall in that game and the dance would take it over the edge of the drop off so it would be dancing on thin air. The game wouldn’t let you walk off the edge but you could dance off it. The dance would cycle through its moves off onto thin air and return you to the starting point at the edge.
