I didn’t know it would get removed from the gemstore and forgot to buy it on my other account. Is it gonna be back soon in the gemstore for regular price?

Soon? Probably not. One day? Almost certainly. What is available is more or less rotated through on a semi-random schedule, so anything you want will come back, but it is hard to predict when.

You could contact Support and explain how you missed it and see if they will sell you it.

Short of that working it’ll either return in one of their seasonal sales/updates or next Wintersday.
