Guild Wars 2

So anyways, I tried to waypoint to Incubation Waypoint in Rata Sum (Bottom Left) and I was put into a cell with no way out. I had some friends do this, and the same thing happened. I also guested servers and got the same response. I tried walking through the Asura portal and that did not work.

Unless Im missing something, this is a big problem as:

1)You cannot get the waypoint and PoI for map completion.
2)Cannot access the diving goggles for the achievement.

This is a known problem and is being addressed. I’m assuming a patch will go live tomorrow when the devs get back in the office.
