If there were 3 things you could change...
1. being able to level up in structured PvP.
2. Every profession being able to wear all armour types.
3. Being able to hide all pieces of our armour.

1. Add mounts. Seriously, there’s a reason every single MMO in existence has them.
2. Add proper dungeon roles (Tank, Healer). See above.
3. For the love of all that is holy, give each character their own bank tab. My characters all have to share a single tiny bank space that is 60% full of cooking ingredients that I can’t Collect. (If there were space for a fourth thing, that would be it.)
I played this game a long while back and haven’t been able to play for more than 20 minutes at a time since. The game seems to try way too hard to be “different” and it suffers a lot as a result.
1.) I would love smoother interface interactions with my cursor, Could just be my PC.
2.)I would like to get more information on things IN-Game, Not googling it.
3.)iTunes integration.
1. Change the game engine to a better one, because current old piece of junk clearly unable to handle what GW2 is trying to pull off (massive events, WvW), and sadly there’s no way out of it.
2. Make combat system a hybrid of GW1 and GW2, with more versatility in builds and playstyles, and more distinct team roles to make teamplay more important and interesting than it is now.
3. I’d brought “old” PvP back: GvG, TA, AB. Probably would make more WvW maps than 4, with a lesser player cap on each to make WvW more tactic and skill based and less zerg based.
Darani – was discussing the bank tabs yesterday. We get 5 free character slots, would be great if every purchased slot added a bank tab
1. The community, to stop making complaint threads so Anet can do what they want.
2. VOIP with a built-in automatic voice modifier based on your race/profession/gender (with a variable bar to tweak your voice to be unique).
3. More bank slots.
Great thread Guzzi, good idea to provide short comprehensive ideas for ANet to stumble across.
1. Add a passive % increase to speed as an achieving unlock bonus. At 5000+ achievements you don’t want to spend time trekking around zones youve done before at base speed. Or if you’ve hit 100% zone competion you get a permenant speed boost in that zone.
2. A personal NPC only you can see to guide you through new content. As Joey said I don’t want to have to read on other sites how to get to the new content. The living story heralds just don’t give enough info. Option to turn off the NPC if you don’t want to use it.
3. Character customisation options with every update. Even if its one hairstyle for one race every two weeks its better than nothing.
But honestly these points are stopping me playing its just a nice to have.
- Lack of end game content, add more cosmetic items to work towards and dueling systems with your PVE gear.
- More dungeons, so many more dungeons.
- More skills for both utilities and weapon slots.
1. More hard dungeons/content which give notably better rewards (so it’s actually worth it)
2. Vertical progression (gear wise)
3. More (weapon) skills
You know… number #2 there is a kitten good idea! Like an informer keeping you updated on the current storyline, and it would be more personable than reading a wiki.
Somehow the current /wiki thing reminds me a little of every player having a copy of the HHGTTG and it doesnt feel… right.
1. Stop balancing the entire game around sPvP. A lot of nerfs applied to PvE & WvW were not needed…they could have just applied to sPvP only.
2. Start working on a traditional expansion, if Anet want to continue on the LS fine, but really, work on a standard expansion as well.
3. If Anet have a way of telling how often certain skills/traits are used by players, then start to give minor boosts/change the skills/traits that are least used. Anet seem to be making changes to the meta on a monthly basis, so they can do it then.
I am having a no.4…
4. More WvW content/updates. Well the passive skills are welcome, Anet are getting into a rut in WvW of just giving 1 new passive skill a month and not doing anything else WvW related. Time to brainstorm abit more on WvW to keep it interesting…
