Fire your marketing team because you’ll be losing a lot of potential money.

Many of my friends and guildmates are/were willing to drop $10-$20 as the first time buying anything from the Gem store without gold for Bag/Bank/Character expansions.

You can buy expansion slots for your bags and bank with gems.

Character Slots – last tab of the Gem Store. 800 gems. (If there is a limit, I don’t know it.)
Bag Slots – “Lock” icon on the bottom bag slot in your inventory. (Maximum: three “bought” bag slots per character, or eight total.) 400 gems.
Bank tabs – “Lock” icon at right end of bar below existing bank space. (Maximum: 7 bought tabs, or eight total.) 600 gems. Each tab is the same size as the original (30 spaces).

He’s talking about the sale. Also yes, the only thing I want to buy currently if it goes on sale are bank slots. Hopefully they do.

Very disappointed about this. Character expansion slots, bank slots, backpack slot. That is what the people want in this sale. People will buy up these things so fast that Anet wont be able to keep up with all the money flowing their way!

It’s true, for something that costs ANet nothing at all they stand to make a very tidy profit by putting slots on sale.

Prepare for disappointment.

Yeah I wasn’t interested in anything in the sale either. Another character slot? I wouls have bought that.

Yup. Logged in just to see if they’d put that on sale.

Not surprised they didn’t, though. The gem store is awful.

I still have hope they come to their senses and put it up for Cyber Monday!

If they had a sale on character slot expansions that would make me happy…

This would make too much sense to do, hence it won’t happen.
