Immobilize and Stun Breaks

Is Immobilize a control effect that can be broken using stun breaks? I know it’s listed as a condition rather than a control, but Fear is also a condition and yet is affected by stun breaks.

A bad necromancer always blames the corpse.

No, Stun Break does not break immobilize

Immobilize is a condition.

Fear is both a condition and a control effect. Control effects can be defined by that it causes players to be unable to use their skills while under the effect.

They are not mutually exclusive.
