So I got a fossilized scorpion, nomads imbued inscription, ori hilt and blade but not the actual recipe. It costs 400 geodes, i got 343. And you can only get the recipe at T4. So in other words it’s impossible to make now right?

I wouldn’t say impossible. There are still people doing dry top, but maybe not enough to get it to T4. However, after Silverwastes dies down, Dry Top may become more active. If anything, try to get you guild together for a massive guild event to bring it up to T4, or try to find a map in LFG that is still doing dry top. Good luck!
