Disclaimer: I have no idea if this is feasible in-game.

Basic Assumption: Half of the active GW2 population does not use the forums.

Suggestion: In addition to ArenaNet asking GW2 players for feedback on the forums, I’d like to see an in-game system where GW2 players can take a survey.

Example In-Game System:

(1) Upon login, GW2 players receive an in-game mail notification.
(2) The in-game mail specifies a location (Rata Sum?) and a NPC to speak with.
(3) After speaking with the NPC, the GW2 player walks over to a console and takes the survey.
(4) The survey would consist of various questions/answers and a comment box where appropriate.
(5) The length of the survey and for how long the survey will run in-game is up to ArenaNet.

Example Survey:

Have you participated in the revamped Tequatl event?
(a) Yes
(b) No

Regarding the revamped Tequatl event, do you find it…
(a) Too hard! Bring back the original Tequatl event!
(b) Just right! There should be more content like this!
(c.) A mixed bag! The new content is nice but, I’d like to see a few changes!
(d) I have not participated in the revamped Tequatl event.
