Hmm, in my friends list, I can usually see my friend’s character and level, and where they are, etc.

But for a particular friend, I can never see these details.

Is this some sort of “privacy” setting in game? I can’t find it, if so.

If you added someone and they haven’t added you yet it wont show their details. That or you need to relaunch game to fix a bug. Other than that, not sure.
