Its ridiculous. Saturday evening and I’m standing around 30 minutes next to CoF and looking for people to play with, it was same yesterday..I guess its gonna be same tomorrow. Am I the only one with this problem? Everyone just grinded dungeons to death I guess..

The simple reason being, they might be looking for more than one dungeon. They might also, while waiting, craft, use the trading post and much more. Why camp outside a dungeon, thats just boring.

I am one of those people who do not like dungeons and I am sure there are more out there just like me. I only do them for achievements.

Side note – stupid monthlies…

My guild tracks dungeon runs, as we gain guild rank by participating.

Since November’s monthlies came out, there’s been a noticable INCREASE in # of dungeon runs happening.

That doesn’t help the O.P. because we don’t typically go looking for puggers. But the problem isn’t the # of people looking for dungeons, but rather the player not having a guild/friend-list to call upon.

It doesn’t help that most dungeons are boring and/or obnoxious.

I had the same issue as OP until I realized I should hit LA for grouping and also joined a guild that schedules and run dungeons on regular basis.

I’ve had an increasingly difficult time finding parties that take non-fully geared characters of late. I’m tired of running Orr karma runs for ugly gear; and trying to just jump to certain dungeons to farm the tokens I want/need – and I’m finding it more difficult.

I’ve not done many of the story modes so (unless I am mistaken) am reliant on another to start the explorable. It’s not for lack of trying, just bad luck on finding groups of story modes too.

Don’t forget, a large portion of the east coast can’t get online to play right now. That could account for some of the missing people in game. They just have more important things to worry about atm. Also, I always see tons of people lfg spamming in map chat and no one actually creating a group.

This may be part of my problem. I’m looking for CoE and CM mostly.

And last I knew, CM story is bugged.

This long post-launch, you should have this “problem” licked already.

Take some control of your life, don’t willingly suffer pug trials. I can understand if your guild(s) doesn’t emphasize dungeon runs, but even pve-averse guilds will prob’ly be running them this week and next, for the monthly. And use your friend’s list to keep track of the people you’ve partied and enjoyed…

I keep map chat turned off almost all the time I’m playing seriously. It’s really only for trolling. /whisper and /g is where it’s at.
