Slight adjustments have been made to the Wintersday Gift reward tables in response to player feedback:

Where is this feedback requesting the selectable upgrades be removed while keeping the random ones in?

Seen the threads about how much clicking you have to do? This is two clicks saved per each of those and it’s not like you really care which you get out of them anyway since you’ll just get more.

They also upped the snowflake drops and they feel much more rewarding now (still too many runes/sigils, but whatever). Overall though. I like the changes.

I do wonder what the recipes for the tonics are now… “Wintersday-themed transform tonics can now be used as components in new Mystic Forge recipes.”

It’s like with the trait overhaul, where they blamed the players for that one too. They like to use the phrase “because you demanded it” ironically when they do something they know nobody wants.

“If you spent as much time working on [some task] as
you spend complaining about it on the forums, you’d be
done by now.”

Except that some people seem to like this change, so you can’t so nobody wanted it. Even someone in this very thread.

Lol no. Do you even forum?

Living Story and General discussion was overflowing with how awful the reward design was.

This is a very welcomed change.

But good news for you, you can still enjoy clixmas with Orrian boxes all year around!
