Increase siege damage against players
Uh, what? You don’t like wvw groups stacking speed before running off, and you think increasing cata and treb damage will stop them doing it?
I don’t think increasing siege damage would have the effect you are hoping for.
If siege damage is too high, then no one would ever storm a defended keep. (If it’s too low, you get some interesting fights anyhow.)
If I understand whatever you typed correctly… you want siege damage increased because you don’t like zergs and swiftness boosts..?
I think increasing siege damage will do little to fix that, and instead create more problems. If siege damage is increased, then people will camp their arrowcarts/catapults in order to farm bags, and walls will crumble faster against rams/trebs. It will create issues along the lines of heavy reliance on siege weapon warfare and further outweigh the value of infantry.
