Because copyright notifications are legal matters, they generally are very straightforward. They do not contain details such as how long the project took, who did (or didn’t) support it, or other things of that sort. You might include such notes elsewhere, perhaps as a personal note about the creation of the game, but such commentary does not belong in copyright notes.

What you should focus on is a straightforward statement that (1) you made the app, (2) it’s unofficial, and (3) it’s based on our work. With that in mind, the following should be fine:

I am ready to release a free, non commercial, gw2 mini game application
destined to the community that use some 2D guildwars assets:

- some skills icons

- the target HUD medalion

I have been informed that:

- I must include in the content the appropriate ArenaNet copyrights

- Declare that this game is not affiliated with ArenaNet

As such, i have redacted the required informations that are visible
in-game (see attachement), and need to know if it is acceptable in its
current form. If not, i would need to know what changes i must apply to
the text according to your rules.
