Hi,

does infusing an ascended item (account-bound) make it soulbound?

PS. Infusing either with Agony Infusion or Offensive/Defensive infusion. Is there a difference in binding the item?

No, all ascended gear are account bound and it always keep that way.

Light of Dwayna, Shadow of Grenth, Chaos of Lyssa backpieces become soulbound after infusing them but it is most likely a bug that will hopefully get fixed sooner rather than later.

Besides those 3 items everything else is account bound even after infusing.

Yeah, those cases are bug, soon or later will be fixed.

Aren’t the Spinal Backpieces still soulbound as well?

I added WvW mighty infusion in my spinal backpiece and it was still accbound.
