hey there

today i received an ingame scam mail, wich told me my account will be banned for money transactions. it was written in broken german and at the bottom was a message that stated it was not written by an arena net employee (not included in the message, but outside the window.)

my question:
how can i report the mail / author?

i added him to my FL, now i can report him for scamming? do they look at the ingame mails he sent? should i add some kind of comment?

At the bottom of the mail is a little hexagon with an exclamation mark in it. This is the report button.

When receving a mail, there is a small button wich allows you to report the sender (I think it was in the bottom right of the mail). Just report and delete the mail.

should i delete the message or keep it for any reason?

no need to keep the message.

but if you are unsure, you can make a screenshot before deleting
