Guild Wars 2

So I got my character to level 80, Played around a lot of bugged Orr points of interest, did a bunch of personal story missions, explored many zones, crafted many items, and barely touched PvP.

I want to say that I’m glad there isn’t a monthly subscription for the game, as I may come back to it later when inspiration takes hold of me again, but for now I’m feeling kind of ‘content’ with the game to put it down now.

It’s a beautiful world with a lot of heart put into it, massive in many examples, but feels aimless right now at the end.

I’m perhaps one of the few players who likes a goal to work towards, and it’s been troubling trying to find a goal after reaching 80. I don’t want a dungeon treadmill, or gear treadmill which seems kind of the point of level 80 (grab those legendaries or you don’t have any right to complain about nothing to do!). I wanted to try Guild Wars 2 out to see how it differed, and I think I’ve kind of felt the full effect now.
