Just wanted to see how this will be done with the upcoming Trait changes. If players have purchased the Instant Trait Reset item from the Gem Store, will Anet be refunding all unused items?

There is a certain chance of that. I would not use it.

I’m pretty sure you will get refunded if you bought them outright

I’m pretty sure you won’t if you get them from BL chests.
