Hello,

It’s been a while that I wanted to share my perspective on this. Gamer, worshiper of the story of Guild Wars 2 and universe through the desire to play and pay tribute to the world that the developers and writers are created to make this game what it is TODAY ’hui.

We, role players, we are now seen as a minority and we must constantly, and the past two years, to address the problems. Abandoned with the evolution of the game, who cares much gameplay and fills PvE players with a lot of recurring events and more all enjoy each other and to the right.

I used to take the initiative to enlighten you on how you could console your RP community, those who live your game the most beautiful way and fill the most beautiful surprises that you could do: open main living area of the game that are currently closed.

Indeed, many areas are open only once the players during their personal stories before being considered as closed entities in which it is possible to get that only by using groups. I try most of the lists has at Divinity’s Reach, they are legion and all inaccessible outside certain passages of history and yet so rich in history …

I would like and I think it is the case of many others, the doors are finally opened to us, we can enjoy a community of different parts of the city and be able to have fun with even more ease and comfort. The Divinity’s Reach is just one example among many other, Lion’s Arch, it also has a lot of place where you would like to play without having the physical ability … Hoelbrack too, not to mention the Grove and Black Citadel …

Hi! I think what you mean is that you want areas that are currently inaccessible to be made accessible. (Your title implies that you would like ANET to add a zone, but make it totally inaccessible- which is a completely understandable mistake, given that you are not a native speaker.)

I’m not sure I agree entirely with this sentiment, because I can’t think of any places from the personal story that are unreachable in the game itself. Claw Island, maybe? I will note that I have not played the personal story extensively, so I could very well be wrong.

I’m not sure I agree entirely with this sentiment, because I can’t think of any places from the personal story that are unreachable in the game itself. Claw Island, maybe? I will note that I have not played the personal story extensively, so I could very well be wrong.

Claw Island is one, yes. The home instances are also on that list. You can get to an instanced version, but not an open world version (usually).

Role Players on Tarnished Coast used to use a trick to get into un-instanced Salma District, and the devs blocked off the access trick most were using. When the RPers complained, a dev said they would look into finding a way to let them in, as the area is outstanding for RP use. Instead, they then went back and cut off the other way most people were getting in.

Not to mention the broken bridge in Brisban Wildlands, there’s a portal at the other end, which is not used in anything right now…

I’m a casual PvE adventurer, I enjoy combat, adventure and helping, but not farming.
I rarely do PvP or Hard PvE, unless it’s organized.

Especially since most of its areas are rich in role play. Salma, his hospital, his orphanage, and his tavern open and furnished homes.

There are also a few buildings that are completely closed off otherwise. I can recall a couple, like the Apothecary south of Divinity’s Reach, the Whispers Agent’s hidden storehouse and the Priory’s (force-fielded) storehouse in LA, and the crypt inside the Temple of Grenth.
