the best way to stop the bots are invoke your rights within the legal realm. majority are gold sellers which is redistributing licensed properties of Anet for profit. they have websites. easy to trace. millions to be made in lawsuits that could be put back into your product for improvements.
Why tolerate them? its like pirating dvds/bds except its far easier to trace it to the source. please, someone, anyone in the business of developing games step up and take what is yours. do the gold sellers give you % of their profits?, doubt it. get it back. they drain most of the modern mmos of its player base thus directly diminishing the products that you game developers produce.
