Get into a Dragon’s Stand. We win (yay!), now to find that treasure spore for my necromancer collection towards the greatsword…Alright! Killed it! Got the spore!

What? No…It was to go into my Dark Harvest Collection….I even have it on as being watched!

So really? I have to do this a possible EIGHT more times, hoping the RNG will go into the right collection for this item?

The same thing happened to me. It went to Horlogicus instead of Glint’Ls bastion

Happened to me too. Killing the Mushroom again doesn’t give another Spore. Killing it on an alt doesn’t give either. What did work was kill a different Shroom. I know of 3, one in DS, one in TD and one in VB.

Thanks for that heads up, now I need to hope RNG works with those two other places.

No it doesn’t. It counted towards my berserker collection instead of herald collection while I killed it on my Revenant.

It resets daily. Kill the spore on a different day, and you’ll get the item which goes to a different collection.

Yep, you can kill 4 (differentones) one day, get 4 collections, then do it the next day, boom, every mushroom you need

There’s also one in AB at Bristleback Chasm (Weeping Glade POI). He sometimes likes to hide under a tree near the waterfalls.
