After the 1/28 update, I’ve noticed this. I’ve done fratal 10 over the past 2 days, and I am a ranger. I help my team as I always have by sniping the harpies as they fight up close. So I can still do damage but not worry about getting knocked off. With this update I can’t do that what so ever. Doesn’t that retract from a ranger? I mean they are supposed to be able to kill stuff from a range. Yeah, they may not be able to do their main attack on me, but my party is attacking, AND those harpies and throw their knockback at me and hit.

I don’t really get why this is reasonable as an update. It takes away so much of my strategy that it’s disheartening.

Solutions? A rebuttal?

I am shortbow/longbow ranger, I like it that way, don’t hate.

Seems to be only you considering I could still hit them.

Ranger; Warrior; Mesmer; Elementalist; Guardian; Engineer
[GWAM] and [LUST]
Mess with the best, die like the rest.

Well my friend and I are rangers, both of us are having problems, especially on the further ones. I was able to do it a few days ago, but no more.
