after so much farming i was curious that there might be a cap/deminished return to gaining so much? Does anyone know??

Diminishing Returns is only a feature if you simply farm the same champ over and over or are farming in the same area too much (except for silverwastes).
There’s no cap to rewards though, so have fun.
