I often see afk farmers in bloodfin lake

and according to their skills timing they are using timed macro

i’ve reported them as "botting", but i dont see their numbers to cut down

thus i have a question - is that legal?
Should i not report them?
Can i put my necro with macro there, without being afraid of being banned?
