Is devil horns town cloth or helmet skin?

I bought one a month ago during last Halloween(a month ago), it is still in my mail. Plan to use it, checked on wiki, and it says it is town cloth, which can not be used during battle.

Also, are the horns placed on a character’s forehead or hover above a character’s head? I checked Google image, got different results.

If it is a town cloth or it is not attached on forehead, I will contact customer service for refund, since I haven’t used it.

It’s a skin so you can use it on any real armor piece. There are no town clothes anymore. Whole town clothing system has been removed. Old full town clothes sets are tonics now.

As of the april patch theres no such thing as town clothes anymore. Now theres Outfits which can be used during battle . I believe ur horns will most likely be a skin you can apply over your helmet. And no they do not float above you head as the few ppl i’ve seen running around had them attatched to thier head. if you want to check before u open it go to ur bank and then look at the wardrobe and check in the head section to preview.

Town clothes no longer exist. They have been converted in to “outfits” which you can wear in or out of combat.

The devil horns can be applied over your current head armor and can be worn in combat.

They are positioned roughly between the forehead and hairline. Not above the head and not on top of the head.

You can preview how they look either by right clicking them and selecting “preview” or by going to your back and selecting the tab on the far left nearest to the bottom. Here, you can preview all available armors/skins in the game on your character.
