Some guild mates told me that people getting banned for using SweetFX/GemFX, i wonder if there is any official statement about that?

Your Guild Mates are trolling you. That’s like saying I was banned because I have nicer graphics from my new video card.

I would suggest you try Reshade, it has Sweet and Gem Fx built into it, here is a guide too

I did put my Nvidia performance settings to quality. Ugly FXAA to MSAA. New it really looks like Computer game. Sharp if you like that.

You shouldn’t get in trouble for using VFX.
