Ive been away from the game for a few months now. i stopped playing because the anti botting code was preventing me from farming the simplest of crafting material when iw as tired at the end of the day and just felt like crafting.

i got hacked and when i came back to the game i could only get about 9 vials of blood and didnt see another one for after trying for 30 minutes. is it still impossible to farm any crafting materials and forcing the players to play the game they want us to play it or has arena net fixed this issue yet?

Apparently, you aren’t supposed to farm at all in this game, because it’s kind of like grinding, and this game is supposed to be played by people who hate grinding, only.

Seriously though, it’s best to use the trading post when you want materials like this, or hunt for drop bags from evil groups (flame legion, etc) in the area you want to farm in. You can get a lot of these ingredients very cheaply on the market.

but then i have to make gold and in order to make gold i have to do something i dont want to do so i guess i wont be returning to the game any time soon
