Since the prices are dropping, is it going to be a good or bad deal?

Depends ( we don’t know time and cost needed to get your own precursor from HoT path ).

Still i don’t know if leggendaries will be, as new precursors, bind on account o tradable.

If you plan to make one/some and have the necessary mats/gifts for it, sure. Otherwise if you’re looking to just buy and resell, it might be a bad idea.

Is a bet, after the 23 we will be able to get all precursors in a garanted way. But if that way result be to long, and I mean months of work and the mats to craft it cost to much then precursor’s prices will rise again.

But if the craft method result in a reasonable load of work and gold then precursor’s price could drop yet more.

So the real question is, do you like gamble?

I honestly hope, that ascended and legendary materials and precursors would be removed from the TP. It only encourages pay to win and farming.

Sorry but pay to win doesn’t include cosmetic stuff (and while legendaries are no longer purely cosmetic with the stat swapping they do not include stat sets that cannot be obtained elsewhere)

There is absolutely no evidence to support that it would.” -AnthonyOrdon

To get a full precursor in the new system you need to first unlocking masteries in core content with 7,620,000 experience. So we won’t really know for quite some time after HoT is released – because not only will a lot of folks be in HoT areas, but when they’re not they got to choose between fractal or precursor crafting.

And after unlocking the collections, they need to complete them so that they can be allowed to craft the precursors. Which takes ascended materials – and if the image for the hammer shaft is equivalent for all precursor pieces, it requires 5 times the amount of ascended wood/metal/leather than actual ascended weapons – for the first tiered precursor.

I don’t think the precursor prices will be dropping much. If anything, the aquatic ones might even go up due to the ascended materials needed to make them.

Dear ANet writers,
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
