Guild Wars 2

I noticed this when I was in a PvP match.. Sigil of Air caused a lightning strike on me, and my health was down around 3k. I’m pretty sure I didn’t get hit, as I was just attacking a guy for the first time from out of combat, from max range.

What gives?

Edit: Fixed misspelling.. I put signet instead of sigil.

Could be retaliation or repel projectiles. Not sure though.
