Guild Wars 2

Hi, I remember a while ago seeing a thread on forums about the function of saving your build which I think is kind of a necessity especially for people like me who play several game modes eg dungeons/wvw where i need my traits and gear to be completely different. Now I’m being lazy and just swapping armor sets without retraiting as it becomes annoying and difficult to remember what to put where.

I was hoping to see this come out in the next feature patch but now it has passed and nothing about build saving is mentioned. It would be nice to get at least a basic trait saving template for the next feature patch even if you dont have the time to make it any more fancy, improvements can always be added later.

So is it still being worked on? I know you can’t give me a time or anything would just like to know its still on your to do list ty for your answer

I can save my build in the first Guild Wars.

Perhaps they are planning out a detailed, extensive scavenger hunt to unlock character builds. Those things take quite a lot of time.

Yeah that tends to happen when people instead of adding to the topic use them to incite anger. To your original question I am not very sure but this would be a feature that i’d gladly welcome. Skill/Trait template I think is a very high priority feature and as someone who WvW/PvP/PvE I feel your pain!!!!

Sure would be nice. Earlier today I signed into a character I hadn’t played in a while, started changing traits around and then realized I couldn’t remember exactly the working loadout I had before I started. Really wished I could’ve saved it.

@OP yes there was a thread discussing how to make it. If I find it I will let you know all I remember it was in the PVP section.

I know a few people who make alts basically to save builds I was planing on doing the same thing myself but man a build template would be WAY more efficient.
