I give up. What’s wrong with the lighting? What are you referring to?
If you’re perceiving shadows facing towards a light source, that happens here and there. Not everyone figures out exactly what’s wrong, but your senses detect that something isn’t right.

I know what you’re talking about. For a few minutes, I thought it was my monitor, but after some wandering around to check other areas, it appears that someone forgot to swap out some wintersday textures that had baked lighting from the light strings.
It’s a broken shadow map in the Citadel of borderlands. No word on when it will be fixed.
