Are the Hexed and Lich outfits going to be available in the Gem Store or something you need to get from chests ????
Those 2 outfits really look positively wicked !!! I seriously hope they will be available in the store very soon !!!

The Hexed Outfit is available from the Merchant in Trader’s Forum for 3 Candy Corn Cobs. I don’t think you will find it in the Gem Store any time soon, if ever.

Raiment of the Lich may not be available until next Halloween.

some gem store items as well as outfits are “time gated” and appear during special festivals.

also note that some weapon skins such as those haloween skins get a discount during its festival

i bought that spider bow skin for 2 tickets instead of 5
