I remember a time when you actually had to move out of the red circles or it was instance down or at least close to it. Now one tick of regeneration heals his one and only attack.

He’s a world boss he should pose at least a little bit of a threat. The Troll is scarier then he is.

I agree. This is what I feel like when I’m a new character taking on the champ troll for the first time.
