Is the update really ~17 gb?

it’s less than 1Gb. And the percents are meant for the files number NOT their size.
% is not file size. It’s number of files.

Just started downloading the update, and at 350mb it’s showing 2% complete. I don’t have enough bandwidth in the month or HD space to be downloading 17gb so I stopped the download – is this some sort of error, or is it really that big? I though it was mostly fixes and a couple new dynamic events.
